As a content creator, your main focus will be social media and video content creation, with plenty of room for your own ideas and experimentation. Your responsibilities include:
What will you do?
Executing and further developing the social media strategy

Creating, producing, and publishing content, with a strong focus on video and short-form content
Growing the TikTok account and testing and developing a TikTok strategy
Contributing ideas around engagement and audience development for diverse target groups
Managing the content and publishing schedule
Who are we looking for?
You are someone who loves to create, is creative, proactive on social media (TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat), and stays up to date with social media trends and developments. You are familiar with Grauzone Festival and actively engage with the music and subcultures the festival connects as an international platform.
You feel at home in an environment with many different voices, styles, and perspectives—and you’re not afraid to just try things out.
You don’t need a formal education in media, communication, marketing, or creative business, but you are ambitious in this field and fully immersed in the world of social media
You have a strong affinity with Gen Z and are part of the new generation shaping the future
You are a full-time scroller (and understand why something works—or doesn’t)
You are independent, creative, and full of initiative
You understand what it takes to grow a social media channel
You have a broad interest in culture (music, art, debate, community)
You enjoy working with video
You see a TikTok or Reel and immediately think: we could do this too—only better
You understand that each platform has its own rhythm, tone, and format
You’re comfortable experimenting, posting, adjusting, and trying again
You enjoy turning many different programs and creators into one strong, cohesive story
You will work during the festival and be involved in post-festival aftercare
What do we offer?
Real responsibility
Insight into how Grauzone operates as a small, dedicated team
Hands-on experience in marketing and communication for a complex cultural program
Plenty of space for your own ideas and experimentation
