Formed in 2021, the five-piece channel the melodic urgency of Dag Nasty, Faith and Embrace, while drawing inspiration from the raw energy of Black Flag, Minor Threat and 7 Seconds. The result is a sound that combines blistering speed, unforgettable hooks and a fiercely DIY spirit with a message rooted in inclusivity, community and self-determination.
Fronted by Cloe Madonna Janzen, Destiny Bond channel themes of identity, belonging and reclaiming space for queer voices within punk culture into songs that are both emotionally charged and explosively energetic. Their acclaimed releases Be My Vengeance and The Love have established the band as one of the leading voices of a new generation of hardcore, earning praise from outlets including Pitchfork and Stereogum while remaining firmly connected to the underground community that shaped them.
