Hailing from Tallinn, Estonia, Holy Motors create a hypnotic blend of shoegaze, dark Americana, dream pop and psychedelia, filled with hazy guitars, distant drums and Eliann Tulve’s haunting, reverb-drenched vocals.
Their music sounds like shoegaze transported to the American Southwest – cinematic tales of desire, loneliness and seedy roadside motels unfolding against vast, nocturnal soundscapes. Mysterious, sensual and beautifully melancholic, Holy Motors sound like they could have stepped straight out of a David Lynch film.
