We are thrilled to welcome Copenhagen's Iceage to Grauzone 2027. Having previously performed at Grauzone early in their career (2013), followed by a memorable solo appearance from Elias Rønnenfelt in 2022, the return of the full band has been long overdue.

Since emerging from Copenhagen’s underground in 2011, Iceage have established themselves as one of the most adventurous and influential bands of their generation. Led by the charismatic Elias Rønnenfelt, the group first gained attention with a ferocious blend of post-punk, gothic rock and noise, that echoed the spirit of bands such as The Birthday Party, Joy Division and The Gun Club, before expanding their sound to incorporate elements of folk, country, art rock, shoegaze and even 1950s rock ’n’ roll.

Iceage just released (may 2026) their acclaimed sixth album, For the Love of Grace & the Hereafter, which sees the band distilling restless creativity into something immediate, urgent and electrifying.
