Mye_Taai (NL)

Electronic rave-punk Mye_Taai from The Hague, operate at the intersection of rave, punk and DIY culture. Their music jumps freely between drum & bass, electro, acid, techno, hip-hop, synth and post-punk, often within a single track.

Through dialogues, rants and bitterly funny observations, they take aim at politics, capitalism, inequality, working life and the art and music world, turning the frustrations of everyday life into something both confrontational and danceable.

Turntables, live electronics, vocals and spoken word place the audience right in the middle of the action, while visual artists and videographers extend Mye_Taai’s world beyond the music.

Raw club energy meets punk attitude, social commentary and a healthy dose of rage.
