Compensation policy

Compensation Policy of Grauzone Foundation and the Top Incomes Standardization Act. The board members receive no remuneration or attendance fees. The management is remunerated in accordance with the VNPF Collective Labor Agreement (Nederlandse Poppodia en Festivals). This salary complies with the Top Incomes Standardization Act.

Employees and freelancers are also compensated according to the NPF Collective Labor Agreement, with freelancers receiving a supplement on top of the gross salary. Performing artists are minimally compensated following the compensation policy of the pop musicians chain table of fairPACCT.
