Berlin-based duo Unhuman & Petra Flurr fuse synth-punk, queer wave, EBM and techno into a fierce and seductive collision they describe as “queer death techno.” Bringing together BITE label mainstay Unhuman and legendary queer underground figure Petra Flurr, the duo channel pounding rhythms, sharp hooks, post-punk tension and undeniable sexuality into a sound equally made for dark dancefloors and moments of total abandon.

Emerging from a shared fascination with punk body music, Batcave aesthetics and Berlin’s shadowy underground, Unhuman & Petra Flurr craft tracks where distorted vocals, psychedelic textures and driving electronics collide. Their material explores themes of desire, transgression and the city’s nocturnal underbelly.
